Ground Check
What you are buying
A Ground Check is one 60-minute working session on one operational problem. It includes a review of the material you send, a written recap within one business day, and one follow-up reply about the recap.
Payment and scheduling
The fee is paid in full before the session is confirmed. You can reschedule once for free with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the fee.
Guarantee
If the session was not worth the fee, tell me within 7 days of receiving your recap and I will refund it.
Credit
The full fee credits toward a Walkthrough booked within 30 days of your session.
Recording and AI
With your consent, sessions are recorded and transcribed. I use AI tools to help draft your recap, and I review and edit everything before it is sent. Recordings and transcripts are used only to prepare your recap and are deleted within 30 days. You can choose notes only on the intake form.
Confidentiality
Everything we discuss is confidential. Nothing is shared with the person who referred you without your permission.
Scope of advice
This is general operational advice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or lending advice, and all decisions remain yours. Liability is limited to the fee paid.
